Frank is the BCRC Chairman and is currently serving the 2007-2012 term.  He has a strong interest in planning for the future through Planning & Zoning and a long range plan for the road infrastructure.  Frank feels that the Finkbeiner Road Project is a high priority and is very interested in public input and participation.
