Frank is the BCRC Chairman and is currently serving the 2007-2012 term.  He has a strong interest in establishing a long range plan for road and bridge infrastructure improvements throughout Barry County.  The Barry County Road Commission strives for continual improvement and increased efficiency in all areas.  We are very interested in public input and participation.
