The regular meeting of the Barry County Road Commission was called to order at 3:00 P.M. by Chairman Fiala.

Members present: Fiala, Solmes, Dykstra, and Managing Director Bradley Lamberg.

The agenda for April 17, 2012 was approved.

Four residents of Theris Drive off Patterson Road, Yankee Springs Township, spoke to the Board about their drainage problems and the cost of repairing it. The estimated cost for the drainage repair was $3,500. Recent bid prices were also discussed which amount to a $4,500 increase on Theris Drive Mill & Fill.

Motion was made and seconded to honor the estimate to the Township for Theris Drive and the Barry County Road Commission will pay the increase on cost for the asphalt ($4,500) and the drainage repair cost ($3,500) be added to the assessment district.
