Dylan join the BCRC in 2016 as a summer temporary employee and helped with data collection in the Engineering Department.  In 2021 Dylan was hired in full time as a Road Worker.  In 2022 he began serving as an Engineering Tech II.

Dylan grew up in Barry County and played football at Alma.
